Avatar.gift is built on one principle: your data belongs to you and stays with you. The app runs its AI entirely on your device. We designed it so that we — the developers — cannot see your conversations, your memories, or anything the AI learns about you. What stays on your device留在你设备上的内容

• Conversations — everything you say to your AI is stored locally on your iPhone. 对话——你对 AI 说的一切都存储在你的 iPhone 本地。
• Memories — everything the AI remembers about you is stored locally on your iPhone. 记忆——AI 记住的关于你的一切都存储在你的 iPhone 本地。
• AI inference — the AI model runs on your iPhone. Your messages are not sent to any server to generate responses. AI 推理——AI 模型在你的 iPhone 上运行，生成回复时不会把你的消息发送到任何服务器。

What we do not do我们不做的事

• We do not collect your conversations or memories. 我们不收集你的对话或记忆。
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. 我们不向第三方出售或共享个人数据。
• We do not use your data to train AI models. 我们不使用你的数据训练 AI 模型。
• We do not show ads or use advertising trackers. 我们不展示广告，也不使用广告追踪器。

Data the app can access, with your permission 经你授权后应用可访问的数据

To help you get things done, the AI can use iOS features such as Reminders, Calendar, Contacts, and Notes. Access is granted only through standard iOS permission prompts, is used solely to perform the action you asked for, and is processed on device. You can revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings. 为了帮你把事情做成，AI 可以使用提醒事项、日历、通讯录、备忘录等 iOS 功能。访问权限只通过标准的 iOS 授权弹窗获得，只用于完成你提出的请求，并且在设备上处理。你可以随时在 iOS 设置中撤销任何权限。

Purchases购买

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We receive anonymized transaction records from Apple to unlock what you purchased. We never see your payment details. 应用内购买由 Apple 处理。我们只会从 Apple 收到匿名的交易记录，用于解锁你购买的内容。我们永远不会看到你的支付信息。

Data deletion数据删除

Because your data lives on your device, you are always in control. You can delete individual conversations and memories inside the app, or remove all data by deleting the app. 因为数据就在你的设备上，你始终拥有完全的控制权。你可以在应用内删除任意对话和记忆，也可以通过删除应用来清除全部数据。

Changes to this policy政策变更
